When I called in, they responded quickly, sending someone out the next day to fix it. This technician (Kelly) was also very polite , very personable and was quick and cleaned up after himself. He even took the time to wipe fingerprints from the wall and to straighten the button that was mounted on the wall. A small issue, but it showed his attention to detail.
