The service was completed as promised and timely. They were professional and completed all work promised. I'm still adding work. I will continue to use them and recommend them highly. Work was above satisfaction!!

Dear Mike and Lucas, you did an amazing job here. The front door is great! I would never know you added the frame to the front if I hadn't seen it before. It looks perfect. The fans really make the rooms feel so much better. And they all work perfectly, with no imbalances! It is wonderful to have had you complete these jobs for me so quickly and always with a smile. I can't thank you enough for everything you have done to make my new house a home! I am happy to tell people how wonderful you are.

Mike arrived 10 minutes early to make sure we had time to discuss the project and get setup properly. He was extremely courteous by wearing the shoe cover things because it was snowing. He first prepped the room with plastics to contain all the dust as well as floor coverings where he'd be working.
We discussed the project so he fully understood what we had in mind.  As it turns out we needed/wanted more work than he originally quoted. He was great the entire time; very personable and incredibly focused and hard working. We've had people come to the house in the past that took phone calls during the job and still billed us for all the time. We don't feel that's really fair. He used our garage to cut everything. He brought his own vacuum to clean up. 
We were thrilled with how everything came out. During the work he kept the area very clean and organized. After he was finished we couldn't even tell he was there. Everything was put back (table, chairs, etc.) and the area was immaculate.
I think our dog likes Mike more than us now :) We have him scheduled to come back next week to get more projects completed. We were most impressed with how he handled the pricing at the end of the job. We have a powder room off the kitchen where he was installing the flooring and we failed to tell him that we wanted the flooring carried into that room as well. He had to spend an additional couple hours cutting and installing the flooring even though it wasn't part of the original price. He was really fair and didn't expect much to finish it up - we gave him an extra nice tip.
After everything was finished he walked through our home to give us different ideas of how we could maximize space better. He will be building better storage in our laundry room as well as a couple linen closets upstairs. Our wish list for the house grew because Mike had some really great ideas - very affordable as well.
