Kirchner Brothers Pest Control

After changing my hours at work in order to be home, Kirchner Brothers contacted me saying I didn't actually need to be there. Then they showed up in the morning instead of at the afternoon appointment time. (I'm assuming) They raked the front flower bed and decided I needed a $1273 treatment. This is all after they read the buyer's agreement stating the work had to be done by them. With no competition, I'm pretty sure I got an unfair deal. I checked the average price on HomeAdvisor and it is $496. $1300 basically maxes out and goes off the chart for the top of their surveyed prices for PA. Yeah...highway robbery.

The employee was extremely knowledgeable and addressed all of our concerns.

Made a huge mess and left it for me to clean up. I asked for a discount but did not get one. However, the owner did come by another day and cleaned up the mess.

Very well. Technician was knowledgeable and professional. Treatment appears to have been successful. Price was fair.

Since we are having trouble getting the neighbor's permission to do the external treatment for termites (involves drilling small holes in their alley bordering my property), he agreed to JUST do the carpenter ant treatment for now. He will be completing the service including termites upon approval from neighbors.
His flexibility in scheduling the service has been greatly appreciated. He has also been very good at keeping in communication with me regarding my needs, financial limitations, and coordinating a time when someone is at the house.
He was in and out in half an hour today.

THEY TOOK CARE OF MY PROBLEM QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY.

Treated and returned for second treatment of colony attempting to overwinter in house. Did not charge for second visit.
Tech was prompt and since I was in a panic over yellow jackets in house, I appreciated service within an hour after infestation discovered and exterminator was contacted.

They came in and did an in-house spraying in spots that the ants had been seen and then they did an outside perimeter spray. They were very good and very punctual and after they did this I didn't see any ants. He was very careful to explain to me about where he sprayed and that I didn't have to worry about pets. He was specific in the instructions so that I could get maximum benefit from their service.

What I like about them is their schedule availability. They are always available when I need them. They did a good job. I will use this company again in the future.
