and dryer (dryer was already used via the full secondary lint trap and the washer looked like it had had laundry detergent in it - see photos)....Washer leaks water from the drum and dryer takes two cycles to dry! Worse than the 10 yr old pair I just got rid of. $1700 "cosmetically damaged" Christmas present to myself that is ****. Less than the $2000 I would have spent but they DONT WORK and now I have to REPLACE MY FLOOR!!! I wanted to support a local business...this local business does not care what they are selling to the people of their community. The best they can do to resolve my problem? Sell me a different POS dryer bc their salesman sold me something he should not have: "if you have a vented dryer you should have stayed with the vented dryer" per Tony, sales manager when I called to resolve this. Thieves. How do you sleep at night knowing you are selling faulty machines? DO NOT BUY FROM HERE - just go to the big box chain. EDIT TO ADD 12/18/20: It has now been a week with no response from K&A - VERY quick to acknowledge people that give high stars... can not take the time to own up to the junk and scam. Excellent display of professionalism and expertise! *insert eye roll*
