"We're so happy to hear you were satisfied with the work completed by Indoor City. Thank you for letting us know! Enjoy your new flooring."
When the countertop was installed last year, the same great professionalism. They got the patterns for the new sink and faucets that were part of the installation, and when they came with the countertop, the whole proccess was done in just a few hours. I wish I had them install the kitchen floor tile. It was nowhere as smooth as the work that Indoor City does.
I doublt that I will even consider anyone else for my next project.
Indoor City came out, looked at our problem and gave us a quote over the phone. It seemed high to us, but after their staff helped us find a reasonably priced tile that actually worked better in our bathroom than the tile we had originally selected, we agreed on the price and arranged to get the job done. To save some money, we removed the original flooring ourselves on a Sunday and Indoor City's installer showed up right on time Monday morning. It was apparent from the beginning that he knew what he was doing. He removed the toilet, cut out the damaged subfloor and did a great job of piecing in the replacement. He counseled us regarding the marble threshold, giving us some options that we hadn't thought about and did a beautiful job of cutting the threshold into the hardwood floor in our hallway and into the door frame. He carefully aligned the tile with the walls and tub and had to cut lots of pieces because we chose a 2" octagonal tile with 1" inserts...and we had a radiator to work around too. After the tile was in and grouted, the final step was to reinstall the toilet (with a new seal). As part of the job, we also had him remove some cracked wall tiles and replace them with tiles that we had on hand. Again, his work was excellent. You can't tell where the new tiles are.
During the process, the installer was very careful not to track any dirt through the house. He cleaned up as he went along and did a nice final clean-up when the job was done. The whole project turned out just as we had hoped. The installer was great and he put up with my looking over his shoulder asking questions at various points in the process. We couldn't be happier. Should we ever need any other floor work, we will go back to Indoor City.
