It went great. It took a while but that was more the supplier's fault. They were great to deal with and did a great job on my phone. Highly recommended!!!

First and foremost, they charged $65 versus $100 at the apple store. If you read the fine print on the apple warranty, you have to pay for the warranty and then for the repair. Both gentleman were very professional and polite. The first gentleman checked to make sure everything on the itouch was working correctly, prior to fixing it. I was told it would take approx 1 hour to fix. It took exactly that long. They called me when it fixed. I would definitely use them again, but hopefully I won't have to.

Great! Scheduled appt. online! Took phone in and dropped it off! One hour later I came back and it was ready! Next week I am going to have a full color swap for $150.00!
