He was in here playing around with the wires while the work was going on.  He told us he knew what he was doing, but later I found out that he's not licensed to do electrical work.  He didn't know at all what he was doing and didn't know which wires did what or whether the wires were live, or if they were completely dead.

With the painting job, I told him to leave some areas of the walls alone as I wanted to make sure it was cleaned and ready first, but he didn't listen to me.  Instead he just made a big sloppy mess.  He didn't put drop cloth down or even buy quality primer.  I spent weeks painting my stairs before he came with high quality chip resistant paint but he dragged so much stuff up and down my stairs that every step has at least one chip in it.

He has done several other things in my house and he has done nothing but cause trouble.  Don't even let him in your house because he will completely take over and not let you have a say at all. Ladies especially beware!

He is completely unprofessional and pried into my personal business and brought his personal business to the job.

If I could rate him lower than an F I would!

the contracting work was not all that great. he did not do the plumbing prpoerly and we had to have a plumber come out and re do the pipes. Charged more then double what he quoted.  job was not worth it.

he is very foul mouthed and nasty. Single women should stay away. He makes a lot of sexual refrences and trys to make moves.  Be careful

He was here from August 15th to September 24th.  He finished the job but did everything two weeks late.  We were told that the job would be $5000 and he charged over $10,000.  The work is not done professionally or finished well.  He borrowed all of our tools and didn't bring the appropriate equipment with him for the work. He told us when he would be here and would not show up on time or at all.  We agreed that he would be doing no other work than this job while working on the bathroom, but he did take other work.  It took 3 weeks to get an electrician in to do the wiring.  The guy he wanted he could not get ahold of and would not let me find someone else to do it.  He ended up using someone else, but only after waiting 3 weeks for the first guy.  He made a mess in the house and broke tiles, scratched paint on our steps and back door, broke a light we were going to use in the bathroom and didn't even apologize for any of it.  He was very unprofessional, spoke to us inappropriately and behaved very inappropriately toward my mother and myself. I felt like he should have treated us both with a little respect and did not.
