I was totally impressed with speed and quality of restoration you miraculously provided. I see new doors in picture that is looking good. The men came to our home and easily removed the mirrors in about 5 minutes.  It was our understanding that they would take the mirrors back to their shop and cut them down.  We would then go and pick them up, and the whole job would cost less than $125.  However, after removing the mirrors they proceeded to unload their equipment from their truck.  Without communicating with us, they then began to cut down the mirrors on our front porch.  They then asked us where us where we wanted them hung.  We thought that they were doing all this in lieu of taking the mirrors back to their shop because it was easier for them.  Actually, they were doing all this because it was going to cost us much more money. The servicemen  did not ask us to sign anything that they were ever there and they did not know how much it was going to cost.  My wife ran out to their truck as they were about to leave to ask them how much the bill was.  They did not know.  However, they stated that it was going to be 2 and 1/2 hours of work for two men. 
The bill was for $275.  We complained to the company and they lowered it to $235.  The actual work that was done was acceptable, but the lack of communication on the part of the office and the servicemen was unacceptable.  Had we known it was going to cost us $235 we would have looked for other alternatives.
