We had contacted numerous companies to get an estimate for the work we wanted to get done. Only one other company made an appointment with us and then they never showed up! Tom was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions or additional work we added to the job. He informed me that one of the reasons he went into business for himself was that he had issues getting people to respond to his requests for help and was astonished at how difficult it was to find true customer satisfaction. All of the worker's, Dan, Josh, Ian, Hank Mike, Drew, Patrick and Mike were extremely easy to get along with and did everything in their power to ensure we were satisfied with they work they performed. Thank you to all of you! We were so pleased with Home One that we've scheduled two other jobs for them to do at our house!! Thanks Tom for having such a genuine interest in providing the ultimate in customer service!!!

Our experience with HomeOne was excellent. They were quick to come to our home to answer all the questions we had. They listened to our wants and needs and also made many valuable suggestions that we would not have thought of ourselves. Because of their attention to detail and responsiveness and professionalism, my fiance and I were lucky enough to transform our home (kitchen specifically) into everything we had imagined. The work done was fine and in a timely manner. However, I received an incorrect bill of $249. They had invoiced a new mailbox and post to me that they said had gone to another customer. My new "corrected" invoice was $165 because they told me there is a 2 hour minimum charge!!! They also included a $15 charge for an already opened bag of concrete they provided. No one ever said there was a 2 hour minimum charge when I asked for the work to be done. I would have had them do more chores! The job took between 30 and 45 minutes.

We purchased a home which needed some remodeling before moved in. Tom returned my email with a phone call right away. He worked around the previous homeowner's schedule in order to get the estimate completed. We got on the schedule and the work was completed with time to spare. The workers were all punctual, efficient, and polite. They cleaned up the work area after they finished. Tom was very upfront about some unknown/unexpected costs that might come up. Even accounting for those, the final cost was less than I expected. I'm very pleased and plan to work with them in the future as needs arise.

We couldn't agree more that it took way too long to complete the scope of work you were looking to have completed; to take 4 months for a $500 job is not a winning situation for us either. Based on the amount of time, research and legwork we put into your job in order to obtain the parts for a window manufacturer that is no longer in business, we feel that we did the best we could with the limited information available and given the unique situation. Again, we feel bad that you do not share this opinion but do understand your disappointment in how long this project took. Thank you for giving us an opportunity."

Tom, Roberta, Mike, and Jake were great. All phone calls were timely, professional, and super friendly. Roberta made me feel like we had known each other forever and we only communicated by phone a couple of times. Tom was the same way! So nice. Tom did the initial walk through for the estimate. He spent time getting to know what we needed, made suggestions, and was happy to help us. The estimate came back by email within the week and with accommodating our busy schedule, Tom had Mike and Jake come out as soon as possible to do the work. Mike and Jake were fantastic. Just like Tom and Roberta, they we so friendly and professional. All our requested work was completed that day. They took get care of working in our home and cleaning up. I also have to mention that we had a few extra items after scheduling the estimated work that we talked to Tom about and wanted advice on that were above and beyond the work requested. Mike was happy to take a look, give us advice, even helped take pictures for inspection purposes, and is willing to write up his recommendations for us to submit to the inspection company. I highly recommend Tom and his crew at Home One for work around your home.
