I contacted Sam to clean a house to list for sale. When she came to do the walk through visit she suggested I reach out to the realtor before spending the money on cleaning. She even recommended a realtor that I'm very happy with. Her advise cost her a cleaning job because the realtor didn't feel it was necessary. However, I was very impressed with her honesty. That doesn't happen often enough. I would highly recommend her.

Samantha is a jack of all trades. I hired her to help clean my home 2x/month. She has been with me 3 months and shown the day and time she is scheduled. Reliability is important to me and Sam is very reliable. She does a good job cleaning, is quick, fair, and pleasant. She has done a minor repair in my home and also was able to drive me to BWI one time . She is always willing to help with everything. If you do not know if Sam can help you, just ask.
