Excellent from time of showroom visit to delivery and installation of new bedding. No hitches or problems ! Absolutely recommend Gardner's with no hesitation.

No pushy salesman. They greater me with a little info about the showroom set up and they let me walk around at my leisure. But as soon as I had questions or needed help, the salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. I was not pressured to select anything beyond my budget. The day if delivery was perfect. I had a time window set, but i s received a call letting me know they were on the way. The set up was quick and they cleaned up after themselves as they went. I was able to put down the bed skirt while they waited. Then they took great pains to not keep the bed skirt in place. Oh, and they brought a delicious treat for us to thank us. Impressive customer service!!

It was a fair price and a very clean transaction. It was very pleasant to deal with. They did not try to oversell us which was really nice. We bought something that cost a pretty penny, however they were showing us many different options and they were saying this may suffice for what you need and so forth. We just liked the fact that they don't try to put you in the rolls royce right off the bat. The price was fair. We paid for top and we got top. We would go back there in a heartbeat.

Good salespeople. No high pressure selling. We knew what we wanted and he gave the pros and cons of that matress and a couple of others. Explained a couple of things we were not aware of. Delivery was made 4 days after the sale. Two men removed the old matress/box springs and set up the new. Efficient and effective.

Shopping for new king size mattress, saleperson-Barbara was very professional,not pushy, knew her stock. Excellent company.
