Two South Jersey mortage loan officers wasted 2 months of my time: 9/4/2020 - Opened application 9/14/2020 - Loan officer told me how I would qualify for FHA. I asked what about other loan options like FTHB and USDA. She asked if I lived in a USDA area. I said yes, but interally thought "um, obviously, how do you not know that, did you literally only look at FHA?!" 9/25/2020 - was told I didn't qualify for USDA due to my DTI. Asked her to please provide detail because I used the USDAs online estimator and it said I would qualify. She never answered me. Also asked her about the NJHMFA loan, she said she didn't specialize in that and therefore was transferring application to an associate that did. 10/9/2020 - followed up with the new loan officer I was transferred to, who told me there was some confusion and my application was not transferred. She said she would request it and look into the NJHMFA loan, DPA loans, and their FTHB loans. 10/22/2020 - followed up again. she didn't answer my call, only answered by follow up email stating, "please note your loan has not been transferred to me as of this email" I am a project manager myself with many clients and customers, and would never treat any of them as poorly as these Fulton mortgage loan officers have treated me - they were both unresponsive, as they wouldnt answer or return my phone calls most of the time. Then picked and chose what emails they felt like responding to - The first officer wouldn't clarify or go into details the basis for my not qualifying for the USDA loan and literally dumped me off on someone else the first chance she got - I had to tell them what loans to look at for me, when I was told at the beginning that they would look at all loan options for me so I could determine which worked best for me (by an advisor at the bank). I mean am I the mortgage professional or are they?! So its been almosy 2 months now and I still dont have pre-approval. Would strongly, no vehemently, not recommend!

Great services from Roland Hilgers. I received a loan during the worst mortgage market in the last 30 years. Great rate and good service. Fulton got me a Federal Home Loan mortgage at a time where others were not lending.

They're on top of their game. Communication is key and they were very good about keeping us informed along the way. When it came to settlement everything fell in place, there were no surprises, and it went really smoothly thanks to them. They are very personal, professional, and very polite.
