Spent two days to do all the work. took up the old carpet in all three bedrooms and the master closet. replaced with pergo type flooring. we decided on pergo type instead of regular wood because of possible spills by our pet. the work was flawless. the price was great when we compared other products. the sales lady was extremely helpful in answering out questions and letting us take samples home to see what we liked best. we are getting ready to replace the carpeting on the first floor with the same product and will be using this company again for the work.

I guess overall it went alright. The installer is a contractor who works for this business. He was very nice and did a nice job when all was said and done. My main issue was that he never showed up when he said he was going to be here. Also his truck was in the garage and so he didn't have the right equipment on the days he needed it. I am pleased with the end product but it was a little crazy during the install.
