Honest work and honest pricing. Dave Rotella did a wonderful job with all of our projects and we'd definitely use him again. We liked that he was not pushy and listened to what we wanted. Both large projects (the kitchen remodel and the basement) took longer that originally thought, but I think that's not uncommon when it comes to these things. We were okay with it, so I'd advise you to be flexible with any timelines. Dave has a great eye for detail and ensures that every last thing is taken care of. There were a number of unexpected and/or odd situations that came up during these projects, and he handled it all well. He was great about some last-minute requests we had, as well as a few things we changed our mind on. We were comfortable with him in our house when we weren't there. I recommended him to a friend, and she as very pleased with his work as well.
