I have used the company in the past. They did an excellent job. Two technicians came out and completed the job in a timely manner. They laid the carpet beautifully. They had a terrific salesmen and they were very accommodating. I cannot say enough good things about the company and they did everything I asked. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I had no problem scheduling the service.

I have bought supplies from them in the past. The first paste I got was pretty expensive. I took the paste back and they were very courteous in exchanging the product for a different paste. They have competitive pricing. They are very helpful.

The service went very well. Their pricing is very reasonable. 3-4 technicians came out for the carpet and 1 came out for the wood flooring. They completed each service in about a day. The staff did a nice job, but could have looked more professional. They made scheduling very easy and I would use them again.

It went well and everyone was very nice from sales and scheduling to install. I did have some questions after the project regards some differences in price and having to cut a check for the installer when the project was done that is still a bit confusing to me. I wish all of the invoicing had been handled by carpet mart and there were no "extras" to deal with even though it was not too bad. 
All in all we are happy though and things are holding up well. We will use them again I am sure, but will be sure to use those learnings as well when we talk about the install costs.

Our experience at Carpet and Tile Mart started with Bob who did an excellent job of showing us things though he almost missed telling us about a great special on installation till we looked at a laminate over the price where the installation special kicked in. Other than that he was as sharp as a tack on the phone and getting us answers in timely fashion.The two installers, Joe and Joe got to work right away and took a break only for lunch. At first they thought it would take 2 days to do the 4 areas we installed laminate, but these guys did it in 2 while putting a bug deterrent underneath the boards and fixing a refrigerator plastic pipe installed by a different company inappropriately.  We had laminate put downstairs and the 'expert' left spaces in key areas where none should be. Joe and Joe did things really tightly and professionally.

Went to the store on Manheim Pike and talked to the Mgr.--he came out --this is 4 weeks later-- April--after not having any contac with the installer-- he assesed the floor and was going to get back to us.
Here it is May 9th and nothing has been done ! !   no call No Show  Totally  Disappointed with the whole Process!

Misquoted on installation fee. It ended up being almost twice what I was quoted. Person who measured didn't show up for the first appointment. He didn't call to cancel. Quality of product is good and the people who installed were courteous and punctual. If they were going to be late, I was informed. Job took longer than expected.

I would highly recommend them. They charged me about $2000 for their services. They were very helpful in helping me find carpeting and flooring that was within my price range. They were very good at making suggestions and recommendations. The installers were very professional and did everything in a timely manner. They also did an outstanding job.
