The initial consultations went well. They were agreeable and willing to redo the pond according to acceptable industry standards. After they kill many of our Koi and left the pond much below acceptable and agreed upon standards, they were unwilling to rectify the multitude of problems with their work. The owner, Adrian Kapp who we had our second consultation with, was asked to at least come to our home and see what issues we had with the pond. He never came. We documented all conversations and letters sent via certified mail. We had documentation from aquascape and other pond construction companies to back up our claim and even attempted to allow the case to be resolved on the day of our court case, but to no avail. We won our law suit in a York county court against them. They now have a claim of a judgment against them and also a claim of non-payment of that judgment. We also were not required to pay for any of the work done by C. E Pontz and sons.
