 + -1 more*The pricing has varied because we use them for quarterly maintenance- changing of filters, etc. to replacing old units. Under their maintenance plan, they have come out for free more than once when something wasn't working right and didn't give up until it was fixed. It is worth the money to be on the maintenance plan. We have three different units/systems in our home, so for us, it is far more cost efficient to be on the plan than to pay each time something has gone awry over the past three years- as we have gradually updated all of our systems. The maintenance plan is around $300/year I think and we have had to buy two new units that were over 15 years old. This review is not based on one project but on the overall experience I have had with them for the past few years.
Description of Work: C & D does the regular maintenance of our heating and cooling systems and has replaced units as needed. The company is very professionally managed and Curt, who I think is the owner, is a safe presence to have in your home. He is honest and gives 2-3 suggestions on how to fix a problem based on your priorities and budget. The company is quick to respond, shows up on time and thorough in their work. We have had them work in our home for over three years and have every reason to continue to do so.

 + -1 moreCLEAN AND CONSIDERATE INDIVIDUAL. INFORMATIVE ABOUT WORK THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. HE HAS OTHER SERVICES, BUT HE DOES NOT PUSH THEM UPON YOU. HE ALSO SENT OUT A NEWSLETTER WHICH HAS ENERGY-SAVING TIPS, AND OTHER HELPFUL INFO.
