No estimate. After 3 days I called left message. No response. Called again spoke to office or answering service not sure which. Said owner would be back in touch. Nothing. Hate that. If he didn't want the work he simply coulda sAid at the time.

We contacted them and they came and gave an estimate.  Everything seemed pretty thorough at first.  The estimate was $5 over the original price.  I then singed the proposal to get work started.  No one came out.  Then after that I kept calling and no one would call me back.  Finally, some one showed up to tear my roof off but they didn't do anything and just left a bunch of supplies on the side of my house.  I've tried to contact them many times after that and no one has returned any of my calls.
