I can't say enough good things about BrenMore Construction. They finished a bathroom remodel job for us that another contractor started and didn't finish! From the time Jeff came to give us the estimate until John finished the job they were awesome! The work was exquisite, we could tell John really cares about his job and wants to make sure it's done right. We highly recommend BrentMore, I know whenever we need a contractor they will be the FIRST one we call.

I liked it that they were willing to work on an old house and keep it's original style. (Ie they worked with the gutter and downspouts that were there and didn't push a new system that wouldn't look right with the style of the house.) The initial estimating process was very thorough. The estimator got a ladder and climbed up on the roof. . Didn't just take photos with a long angle lens camera. They did need to postpone the start date a couple of times due to high volume of other work they had but gave us that information in plenty of time. They finished the work within their estimated time frame. The crew doing the work was professional and considerate. Cleanup was thorough and the work was exceptional.

The balcony floor was starting to show bare wood underneath the previous painted canvas type flooring. The floor needed roofing material since it functions as a roof to the floor below it. Brentmore applied a sustainable roofing material--- even let me choose a lime green color. They were easy to work with and true to their schedule and estimate. I don't know what the name of the product was, but it's not a rubber roof. Much more attractive, and paintable. The following year, I had a pattern painted on the floor by Two Dudes, and it looks fantastic. Actually, Brentmore and Two Dudes worked together at sorting out the project.

Everything went smoothly. Their crews were professional and courteous on both projects.

I called to schedule an estimate. The call was returned promptly, and the estimator came at the scheduled time, explained in detail what he would do, and brought along a nice selection of shingles for us to look at. He helped us decide on a color. The estimate was delivered in a reasonable time and the price was reasonable. The quality of work was excellent, cleanup was thorough, and there were no problems whatsoever. It was a completely satisfactory experience with this contractor.

Very pleased with all work they've done for us. Prices are always in line with other estimates but we return to them for the excellent workmanship and quality performance.

We've used their services for several jobs over the past few years, from HVAC (no longer offered) to repairs of several kinds.
