The purchase itself was acceptable but the process of getting the chair into the car was complicated. The person who uncomplicated it was Delilah in customer service. She explained what I needed to do, drew a little map showing where to find the pickup area and how to get there. It was all very simple after she explained it. When I got my car and drove it over to the pickup area, there was an employee waiting on the steps with the chair in the box. The box was a little beat up and I asked him about it. He said all of the boxes were beat up when they arrived from the vendor. I got my stuff and took it home. The chair inside the box was completely O.K. It is well made and the box is in good enough shape to use for storage. Delilah was very professional, friendly and knew how to solve my problem. She works part-time but has management potential if she wants it. I hope she gets a good raise.

It wasn't their most expensive mattress, but it was one of their better ones. The people at the store were very helpful. The guys that delivered the mattress did a good job of delivering the new mattress and removing the old one. They didn't bang the walls up in the process. I decided to use them based on previous experiences. They have been around for a long time. We have always had good experiences there. We purchased a mattress from them a long time ago, and that was also a good experience.
