He took his time explaining the system to me and stated that we should call him on his personal cell if we had any problems.
He also did a very good job of cleaning up after himself.

In your specific case, the clog was beyond the toilet and in the sewer pipe so a typical toilet unclog would not have worked. The best solution for this situation is to completely remove the toilet to provide access to the pipe for unclogging. This process is labor intensive, specifically because the toilet must be reset without leaks. The device we used to clear your line is called a Spartan snake. This tool alone is $1200, but gets the job done. As I mentioned earlier, one of the trickiest parts of pulling a toilet is the resetting. We have to make sure that the wax ring is in good condition and set the toilet with precision to assure no leaking. We also guarantee that the toilet will not leak from the wax ring for up to 2 years. All of these elements add up to a major component of the price. Each of our plumbers is also highly trained. You mention that he did not know what he was doing, but we have on record that the pipe was cleared and the problem was fixed. Besides training, our plumbers respect your home and your time. We guarantee that we will be on time or we will be you $5 for every minute that we are late up to $300. Every plumber wears shoe covers and uniforms and is clean and professional in your home.
