He was professional, prompt, and explained the problem. He completed repair of both issues described above very quickly. I felt however that we may have paid extra for the prompt service and convenience, which this company is noted for. Considering that we'd already paid $99 before he walked in the door, the added expense seemed too high. The parts were not expensive, and he completed each job in a matter of minutes. While I do recommend this company, since they were extremely prompt and professional, and repaired the problems, I wish we would've gotten other estimates first.

They were prompt, did a thorough inspection of the house and water usage then provided a reasonable estimate of costs.The plum
appeareed on time and did an excellent job of installing the heater. He was polite, professional and thorough.
He took his time explaining the system to me and stated that we should call him on his personal cell if we had any problems.
He also did a very good job of cleaning up after himself.
Their estimate was right on the money and we haven't had any trouble with the system.
I would definately use them again for any plumbing problems or projects.

the service guy didnot really know what he was doing. we were charged $400-$500 to unclog a toilet. a service that afterwards i checked and it could have been done for under $100. Tjey tried to get us to join a membership and get discounts in the future. no way! all i asked them to do was unclog a toilet....not plan a vacation on my money.

In your specific case, the clog was beyond the toilet and in the sewer pipe so a typical toilet unclog would not have worked. The best solution for this situation is to completely remove the toilet to provide access to the pipe for unclogging. This process is labor intensive, specifically because the toilet must be reset without leaks. The device we used to clear your line is called a Spartan snake. This tool alone is $1200, but gets the job done. As I mentioned earlier, one of the trickiest parts of pulling a toilet is the resetting. We have to make sure that the wax ring is in good condition and set the toilet with precision to assure no leaking. We also guarantee that the toilet will not leak from the wax ring for up to 2 years. All of these elements add up to a major component of the price. Each of our plumbers is also highly trained. You mention that he did not know what he was doing, but we have on record that the pipe was cleared and the problem was fixed. Besides training, our plumbers respect your home and your time. We guarantee that we will be on time or we will be you $5 for every minute that we are late up to $300. Every plumber wears shoe covers and uniforms and is clean and professional in your home. We bought a big deal in mid-October. We had no problem with it. They were responsive and even though I had just bought a big deal and did not have anything except the email from Angie's List that I bought it, they honored it. They did good work. I like them. They were on time when they said they would be. I think we have used them three different times and we have been satisfied everytime we used them. They were just great.

The technician made sure I understood how much it would cost before he started the repair. I had purchased a coupon for $99.00 and it cost me an additional $231.00. So the total was $310.00. This seemed to me to be high but I had already spent $99.00 on the coupon.
I agreed with the total and the work was completed. I will probably not use this company again due to the cost.

They were very quick to respond. They were very pleasant and professional. They explained things thoroughly. Their prices were high though. I think I would call them again if I needed to because I feel comfortable with them and trust them.

Great customer service. Received a quick friendly call from Benjamin Plumbing. In less than 24 hours, I had Tim at my house, my toiletunclogged and an outside water pipe (that burst during winter) replaced. Tim was extremely professional, walked me through the work he was going to do, reviewed costs with me prior to starting any service. He proceeded to put his shoe covers on, carry his tools upstairs, and started his work. Extremely clean, from start to finish, and he made sure I was completely satisfied with the service. Can't say how excited I was to actually have a service provider show up on time for the said appointment time! We will definitely use them again! We will also be sure to recommend to our family and friends.

Overall, the experience has been great. They’re first class. I wouldn’t even call anybody else. Their plumbers do things outside of the scope that what they’re supposed to do. They also explain things very clearly. I've been happy with their services.
