Oven problem over the Christmas holidays, of course!! However, we were able to get on the schedule in a reasonable period of time (better than the original retailer from whom we purchased the appliance by over a week!). The repair required 2 persons because of the weight of a double oven, but it was done quickly and efficiently.... and no mess left behind! Everything was explained clearly and priced fairly. Would recommend without reservation.

This is the 2nd time I have called on Appliance Service Company. Joe is amazing each time he has given me his professional opinion to repair or to replace. He always has my budget, and the life of the appliance in mind. I will not call anyone else Joe is my go to guy!!!

Everything was excellent (scheduling, responsive, diagnosis, etc). Great service - Joe walked through the issues and explained how they were fixed. I will definitely call Joe anytime I have an appliance problem.

Perfect! Joe was GREAT. We lived out of his service area but he came out anyway for us. He found the problem ordered the parts and came out and fixed it. He is a GREAT guy. Very trustworthy. Nice to talk to also!!! If anything else breaks we will be calling him for sure!

Joe was great about explaining the issue and what the repair would involve. It was more expensive than we thought it would be, but that is due to the design of the refrigerator making some components hard to access. It seems to be working great now! The only minor issue was that it took Joe a while to get back to us once the part had arrived. It seems he may have called a wrong number at first, but we eventually connected.

Appointments and repairs went exactly as promised. He gave me an estimate of repair costs, ordered the necessary part and told me to call when I was ready to complete the project. Joe very gracously allowed for 2 home visits with half payment for each visit. He did a wonderful job. I am very pleased with the outcome.
