SEE ABOVE They came to install part and left,as I turned to put the brownies into the oven it blinked error code and turned off. ARGH I called the head man and he said they'd get back to me ASAP.Which was going be three weeks later. Well on the day they were to come w/the NEW part that would fix it,he called me 20 minutes before he was to arrive to service my oven to tell me he had no part. It was the warehouse, they gave him bad info,I asked for their number,he asked me not to call them. I'M OUT $330.00 AND STILL NOT ABLE TO BAKE ANYTHING. I was told that if it was in my house they could fix it. The oven is a GE 16 years old. We went back and forth about the $$$ and the service. He agreed to refund $90.00 half the new part,that was Sept.12, 2012. When I got your first request I told the hubby,he called them and got "what's your point-you don't have the check?" That was 10 days ago,today is Nov.2,2012. VERY VERY UNHAPPY. They are changing names....

repairman scheduled an appontment, came on time, quickly ascertained the problem and repaired it
