There were optional inspections that could be added for more cost. He walked me through the whole process. This was the first time I done this and the house is over 100 years old. He put us at ease and told us what he was going to do. Then we basically looked at the whole exterior. We then went through room by room. He checked the wiring to make sure everything was grounded. He took thorough notes and was great. He was a friendly and nice guy. He was very prompt about getting the report back to us. We were on a quick settlement of 45 days. He was really fast about getting us the info so we could proceed.
