For the house inspection, he very carefully went through the house, checking all systems and went over the exterior with equal care. He explained everything. He also explained what was needed to fix every detail that he found. It was a great education and a great introduction to our new home.
As a courtessy, since we were from out-of-town, Troy came back and critiqued the radon remediation that was done on our house, pointing out aspects that had been skipped. This enabled us to complete the remediation work on our own.
