10/08/2011      -Responded to add of All County Renovators & Remodelers in Elizabethtown Merchandiser for installation of 3 windows at my residence.
10/11/2011      Lou Catelli returned my call said he would be there on 10/14/2011 to do estimate.
10/14/2011      No show 10/26/2011      Lou Catelli called back to say he would do estimate on 10/29/2011.
10/29/2011      No Show 11/01/2011      Lou Catelli called to say he would be there on 11/02/2011 to do the estimate.
11/02/2011      Lou Catelli came, did estimate, collected $650.00 deposit, said work would be done in 7 to 10 days. He cashed deposit check same day at local bank branch.
11/18/2011      I called Lou Catelli, left message asking status of work
11/22/2011      Lou Catelli called back, he said he went to mountains in upstate PA to relax and would have windows installed on 11/30/2011.
11/30/2011      No show. I called and left message as to why he did not show as agreed.
12/01/2011      Lou Catelli called and said that he would need more money in order to do the work and he would get back to me. 12/05/2011      I called Lou Catelli and left message as to where he was.
12/11/2011      I called Lou Catelli and left message as to where he was.
 12/14/2011      I called Lou Catelli and left message to refund deposit in full by 12/21/2011.
 12/27/2011      Filed initial complaint with Elizabethtown Police Division due to no response from Lou Catelli.
