Technician arrived early and was very friendly. No pushiness to sell me something I didn't need, offered free yearly inspection to monitor for new termite activity. I like that they're local, too.

Tech was very professional and friendly, took time to explain everything and answered all my questions. He gave me a discount when I told him I did not want him to treat the interior of the house, pest problem was in garage. There were two companies called to give us two estimates. Akita was less than half of what the other company was going to charge and the Akita technician did not pressure me to have a monthly treatment which in this case was not necessary. Akita would be the company I would call again if any other pest problem would occur.

They were very professional. They explain everything that they are doing. They do what they are needed to do. They were reasonably priced. They are punctual. They did the job. I will use them again.
