I disliked everything about them and had them remove the system. They installed the system as if they were ADT but they really farmed it out to another company. They left one sensor off so you could walk in through the garage so it wasn't at all safe. The vendor that installed it said they would deal with it and they never did. I tried to deal with ADT because I contracted with them and that was where I sent the payments. They said they couldn't deal with it because they didn't install it. We went around and around for many months. I insisted that they remove the system and that took 6-7 months for them to actually remove it. They finally did. I would not recommend them. I thought the price was the same as any other security company but I really don’t know.  They would make appointments and not show up. Some of the people were okay. I would discourage anybody from using them.

We selected ADT because of the monitoring service. The service is good.

I'd give them an A grade.  I would absolutely use them in the future.

Switched to another provider.

We have always been very satisfied with them.  We pay a monthly fee.  Whenever they send anyone, their professionalism is always an A.  We will definitely use them in the future.

I like them.  The billing is all done electronically so it just comes out every month.  If there is something going on, they call me.  If the batteries are running low, they call me.

We have a maintenance contract with them. They are good and I would use them again.

I was not happy with the intrstctions they left me. They installed the unit and that was it. We were shocked at the final bill. The adds look like they are cheap and they are not.

I have no problem with them and would recommend them to someone looking for an alarm company. I will use them again in the future.

The alarm is wonderful, works very well and is loud. We have a peaceful and safe feeling with the system. Overall, I think it is well worth the money for peace of mind.
