Cake Decorating
I chose Jen to do my wedding cake on the glowing recommendation of my wedding planner. I had just a general idea of what I wanted for my wedding cake. Upon our initial visit, she helped me design a beautiful, unique and very delicious cake. She guided me through appropriate sizes for the number of guests expected. The day of the wedding, she setup the cake table, totally decorated it with fabulous autumn themed items and candles. The table itself looked so good. The cake was gorgeous! I mean REALLY gorgeous! It looked like something out of a magazine. It was a show stopper to be sure. The cake was moist and rich- we had coconut raspberry and vanilla raspberry tiers. I'm so glad I used her services. She was very flexible with special requests- making small pumpkin cakes for two of our guests who had birthdays on the wedding day and incorporating our wedding logo into the cake design. You can tell she loves what she does.
