Steve was truly a pleasure to work with. Not only was he a great listener who thoughtfully took in all our ideas and wishes, he was also a great consultant, letting us know the pros and cons of different approaches to meeting our wishes and also gave us fresh new ideas to compliment our vision. He was incredibly patient, and always followed up in a timely manner. His style and demeanor is a great blend of relaxed, amiable, and professional, and he is clearly expert in home building. We were always given a complete view of the various building materials and choices, and were never pressured into any specific decision. He is also a consummate project manager — he kept his team on timeline, and kept us regularly updated on progress. The quality of his work and craftsmanship is really top-notch. And despite the messy nature of such work, he and his crew maitained the site in a very orderly and clean way. And even when we hit a few unexpected issues that arise due to unknowns that lurk in any renovation project, Steve would always have several options for us to deal with them. We are really just delighted with Steve and the work of his team, and really love the finished product. Family and friends are equally impressed.
