Ben came out a few days after initially contacting him.  He reviewed the system and found/fixed the main problem.  He wrote up an estimate for the other work I wanted along with some additional options.  After discussing the options we decided on a worklist and his people came out the next morning.  They had everything installed within two hours and all equipment was functioning perfectly.  I was very pleased with the response time, quality of work, and price and would use Ben again in the future.

We are still debating on exactly what we want to do based on all the stuff that was proposed. We didn't realize how expensive it would be so we have to tone it down a little bit. We have to refine it as to what we think is the most important and get back to him. We had no problems with him and he came right out. He spent time going over everything.

It went very well. He gave us an estimate, started the job within a week or so, and finished in a day or two. He and his crew were professional and did a great job. We had no trouble at all. If he was not here with his crew, he would stop by when they finished to inspect their work.
