Concrete Repair
$5,500
Did the job in two separate pours days apart. First half is perfect. Ed thought he might have been shorted on the second load of concrete but he was able to complete the job. The second half had a high spot in the very beginning in front of the steps. The last place you wanted water to accumulate. The top layer (the cream I think) of the second pour peeled or chipped off. I was told because it was floated too much. I asked Ed to groove the edge of the concrete to help the water drain and he flat out refused. He offered to stain the concrete if I bought the product. I bought the product and he never returned my calls to come and do the staining.
