Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
We called once and got a return call that they would call us back to set a time. They did not. We called again several times since they are local. We got a family member who gave us her dad's cell phone. We spoke to him directly and he said he'd call us back to set an appointment and, once again, never did.

Very well. Brad is very reliable, very easy to talk to. Initially, he invited us to his own home to see how his own kitchen looked, which he had installed himself. His family was nice and so was he. He worked conscientiously and we never had an instant of worry about whether he was doing what he said he was going to do. We added new jobs midway through construction (Central air, basement waterproofing) and he handled these changes courteously.
