I had initially obtained an estimate for the whole house. But then I realized that 3/4 of my house was stucco, which is cracked, but he was okay with only doing the front of the house. They were prompt, fast and did a good job.

The owner, Rudolph Palmer, and his assistant did an absolutely fabulous job on my house, it is transformed.  They worked really hard (it took about 5 hours) without stopping for a break. They covered the plants and my small back yard area with plastic before doing that section. They were efficient and cleaned up well after they were done. Mr. Palmer was very easy to work with and his responsiveness to voice/emails was excellent. I especially appreciated that  in discussing the job beforehand, he told me he would use low pressure so as not to damage the stucco. Some other companies I contacted did not mention this. Bottom line: I am very happy with their work and can highly recommend Optimal Power Washing.
