I was using a similar VoIP Business Phone solution from a national provider, my contract was up, so I did some online searches and found that Essenz was a local provider offering the same services. I contacted their sales group and gave them my specs, they quickly responded with a detailed quote. After reviewing the quote I decided to use them, I signed paperwork, and about 4 days later they delivered my (7) phone systems and did all the installation. They also processed my LNP port to transfer my phone number form the older provider, that took about 2 weeks, but apparently that is a typical wait time for number porting. They bill me by invoice (either paper or email) with Net 30 terms, all in all a very smooth process.
