He said he would let us know that date he could come back. I called him because I was not sure when he was coming and he said he would not be coming out until the following Friday. I said that this was unacceptable since it was supposed to rain again which was going to cause more issues. During out conversation he cursed at me and wouldn't listen and hung up on me. He blames the issues on water coming in through the window but that area is completely dry. He said he is not going to come back however it is written in the contract that the work has a lifetime guarantee. This information is also on his website.

"(Member name removed) contracted (in contract form & signed) to do waterproofing on two interior walls of her basement. We did the work and the system installed work perfectly. She had a leak on the third wall and wants to have further work done free. The first estimate for work was three years ago when basement was unfinished. She finished the basement knowing there was a water problem. Three years later the basement got water and she asked us to do the two walls. During the three year delay the third wall leaked which we could not assess because the walls were covered with drywall. She has been abusive and unyielding. We will guarantee any of our work but not work we have not done. Arizona Dry will not perform any work for (Member name removed) no matter what price is paid."

They did the best job under the horrible circumstances. They did a fast job at the price they quoted They did a great job and I will highly recommend him.

He was highly recommended by a neighbor. His website said he offers a 10% senior citizen discount. He said I didn't qualify for it because he had to move shelves. When he was finished he didn't put the shelves back up because he had to let the cement dry. He said he would come back the next week. He never came back and I called him and he said he would come out immediately and he never showed up. It has been 4 weeks since he said he would come out and he still hasn't come out. I have been trying to call him and he hasn't returned our phone calls. We ended up having to pay someone else to come out and re-install the shelves.

"the customer was advised prior to signing contract that discount was included in the price the customer was reimbursed for cost of replacing shelves the customer was extremely hapy with the waterproofing never experiencing any leaks or water seepage"

"arizonadry has no record or contract that indicates they we have performed any work whatsoever for this person no contact has ever been made by ms gross to arizonadry there must be some confusion about the the company uised or this posting this just a total lie"
