Arizona Dry Waterproofing is run by a very knowledgeable, hardworking, and honest owner in Ron Rothberg. Our property in Lower Merion had some basement water intrusion every time it heavily rained. We went out and got about 5 quotes initially. Ron wasn't the lowest quote we got, but he was the 2nd lowest, and was very knowledgeable without being very pushy on services as some competitors were. Ron decided that digging and fixing the exterior barrier was the best path to take, so his crew spent 3 days digging an 8 foot trench near the wall that had the leakage and then sealing up holes, applying layers of sealants to waterproof that side before putting back the soil. Next rainstorm, rain came in on the same side, but slightly different location. Ron and his team returned for a few more hours and helped us installed a French drain and sump pump on that side of the wall as part of the original cost, because his exterior approach didn't work. He didn't try to dodge responsibility. He just fixed the problem and punctually too. We've now observed a month of rain, and no more water is intruding into the basement, so I am glad to be able to give Arizona Dry Waterproofing this 5* review. I had to pay to put back the flagstone on the exterior and the wood paneling in the basement wall myself separately, as they don't work with those, so add about $1000 to your own budget when doing a project like this for the cleanup work. You won't regret going with Arizona Dry!

The workers r very polite and do their work very efficiently and fast. They r so very clean with having had clay and concrete and stone taken through my home they never left a trace. Highly recommend them and the price was extremely reasonable for the quality of work.

These guys did everything they said they would do and more. After the sewer line was exposed while digging to set the French drain, they noticed part of the cast iron pipe was collapsed. They cut out the bad section and replaced it with pvc, for a very fair price that same day.All told, these guys were in and out in less than eight hours and stand by their work for us; and the next homeowner should we decide to sell.We are very pleased with the job performed and the customer service, and would recommend them to anyone who would like their basement waterproofed quickly and affordably.👍🏻

It was a unique situation. We couldn't agree on a time frame for them to return and finish the job as a result, the job was not finished by Arizona Dry. I felt like he put me on the back burner once he was paid the bulk of the contracted amount. Regarding the work that was done, it was a good quality and the crew cleaned up well.

On time, very professional. I only rated the customer service at a 3.5 because when I asked the worker to break up a little more concrete (about a foot), he wouldn't do it for me. Ron, is great. Down to earth, a pleasure to do business with.

After several outfits came to review my project, Arizona had the best mix of knowledge, cost and lack of "salesy" attitude. The crew was awesome and it all works great. It's not a 5 start review only because I understood the project cost to include a better wall cleaning and coating than the job foreman understood, resulting in a discount from Arizona but also me having to do that work after they left. A communication gap. Not fatal, just a bit of a pain.
