At first, everything went great, but about a month later it broke down again. I called them and they came back out and told me I need to purchase a new washing machine. Why weren't they upfront with me on the first visit and tell me to purchase a new washing machine at that time? It was a bit expensive to put two belts on only to have to purchase a new machine a month later. He said the belts were broken and that was the only issue with the machine. He told me I didn't need to purchase a new machine and mine was worth fixing. Now he is telling me there is an issue with the transmission or bearings, and the machine isn't worth fixing now.

They did a good job. They were very professional. They gave me a time slot and then gave me a call shortly before they arrived. It was all professionally done. The price was reasonable.
