We have been using them for about twenty years, since we moved in the house. Everybody else wanted us to fill out a twenty-page application but these guys just came out and did it. I liked that they were the only ones that immediately responded to us and I remember that we had called many other companies. We moved here in December and they were immediately responsive, took us up on our word, set us up as a client, and we have been dealing with them ever since. They send us a yearly reminder and inspect the furnace every year. We needed a part this year and they got it right to us. Because we are on the budget program, it doesn’t mean it is cheaper, but it means we know what our payment is going to be every month. We are billed every ten months. They are competitive.
