The initial experience was pleasant. Carly was friendly and took the time to help us select the right trees and figure out where they should be placed in our yard. There's also a nice selection. We had some trouble with the trees health & called the company because we were concerned. I spoke with Karen on the phone and she too was friendly. A representative came out shortly thereafter, so their promptness is good. However, from the moment we greeted him, he was extremely defensive despite the fact that we were not making accusations, we were inquiring about the problem and how to fix it. His comments were rude and disrespectful, he made accusations that we lack common sense and that we don't care about living things. He stated the trees are his babies and that he found this offensive. We followed the directions provided by the company and tried our best in maintaining its health (which is why we called to inquire). He essentially berated us throughout the experience and just at the point we were about to ask him to leave, he eased off a bit as I suspect he realized his behavior was harsh. At this point, he did finally provide some useful tips on how to better care for the tree. While I don't like making overall judgments about a business based on one experience, this particular experience was so hurtful I can't imagine using their services in the future.
