They were always very prompt. I had to schedule when they were coming, and they used to give me a very short time frame. It was not like they would be here between seven o'clock in the morning and noon. They would usually say they would be here within an hour, and they used to do just that. The guys were always very professional. They fixed the problem. We didn't have to spend anything because what we had done was under warranty. They were fantastic.
