Great. Problem was diagnosed immediately. I was relieved to find the issue was minor and could be repaired in short order. A new water filter was installed and it fixed the problem.

Toilet flushes and fills fine now. No problems. Nate was wonderful. Polite and thorough, he took time to explain what was wrong and advised me of potential future issues since toilet is very old. He did not pressure me to have further fittings or adjustments made, however, just gave me clear and concise information. I was impressed enough that I will be calling on Nate at Pleasant Valley Plumbing for any and all my future plumbing needs.

I called Nat on Friday night on a holiday weekend and he showed up an hour later. I was without water completely and he said he would try to get the part since it was a holiday weekend. he called me back that evening and said he had the part and could do it the next morning. this situation could have been a disaster not having water for a long weekend. I would not hesitate to hire him again. He is always very professional and courteous

We've had Nate out probably 5-6 times now between the treatment unit installation. He always calls to say he's coming and always shows up on time. He's an excellent plumber, has fixed everything we've asked, and has offered some good suggestions on our remodeling questions. I feel his prices are very reasonable and he has refused to charge me when I've asked him to check on something and there was no issue (like today). Having an excellent plumber is like having an excellent mechanic. It's just a good thing to have. I have an excellent plumber. Highly recommended.

Nate & Ryan came out and did the job (replacing a 25-year old electric water heater) in an efficient manner. Nate recommended I bring the water heater up to code by installing new supply lines, which I did. This added about $50 to the job, but otherwise I paid precisely what I was quoted over the phone. Both men were very pleasant, personable, and willing to give advice and guidance regarding my well system. I am awaiting the results of the water analysis that is provided at no additional cost. I think I have found a plumber who I can call on going forward. Thanks Nate & Ryan.

Excellent - Nat is very professional. Called for an emergency service and he arrived at our house when scheduled. When we inquired about a water softener, he stated that he wanted to send the sample into the lab as he did not want to sell us the incorrect water softener for our needs. If you hire Nat you will be very satisfied with his workmanship.

I called Pleasant Valley Plumber with some concerns about a leak from my water heater.  It was not an emergency call but he offered to come out the same day.  When he arrived, he replaced the leaking pipe but due to the corrosion he explained that it may continue to leak slightly and I may want to consider replacing the water heater because the repair would affect internal parts that could possibly result in the water heater not working.  He thoroughly explained what was necessary and how the acid in my water was responsible for the corrosion on the pipes.  He also pointed out that the water connection to the water heater was not up to code, even though I had purchased this 30 year old home within the past 2 years and it had been inspected.  There was no pressure to replace the water heater, but I chose to replace it anyway.  We worked out a convenient day and time for him to return to replace the water heater and he promptly returned with the new water heater at the agreed upon date.  He called before coming to do the work and again arrived promptly.  My water heater was replaced and the old one was taken away all for the quoted price, with no additional charges.  Everything was left neat and clean and the work was done quickly.  He also answered many of my other plumbing questions and concerns very professionally without trying to sell me anything.  It was a wonderful experience!

Nate was very patient with me throughout the equipment purchase and installation process. He answered all my questions promptly and addressed all my concerns carefully. The installation was not easy, but the work was done efficiently and smoothly. I gave Nate my highest recommendation, and I will definitely work with him again in the future for my plumbing work.
