He is very personable. When I call, it depends on how many jobs he has lined up to get him to come out. Everyone in the school where I work uses him. He tends to do a lot of outside jobs when the weather gets nice.
The bars in my dad's apartment are very secure. I just find him to be very reliable. I know when he comes the job will be done well.
