- Condenser came with bent cooling fins. Company refused to replace the unit and when they sent someone out to straighten the fins, the tech had the wrong tool said he was going to come back and never did. I was told that bent fins don't affect the unit, but who cares? I paid for a new unit, I expected a defect free unit.
- Condenser makes noise which is not normal. No fix was put in place to date.- None of the duct work was sealed with tape. Had to call a tech back to seal the duct work- line to the thermostat was taped to a stud instead of properly fastened- After the filter unit was installed, duct work was installed around it in such a way that the filter couldn't be removed. Had to call and get them to rework the duct work
- when the tech replace the duct work for the filter fix, the condensate pump was left unplugged which led to water in the basement- scrap debris was left in the front yard.
Very disappointing service. I would not use them again or recommend them.
