We hired Penz Contracting after getting three quotes to remodel our bathrooms. Erec at Penz Contracting provided a very reasonable quote and detailed the work and materials he would be using. After the first few days we knew we selected the right contractor. Erec ensures that the work he performs is up to his high standards. If he doesn’t like the way something turns out or looks, he will do it over or get a better product and replace it. Our bathrooms turned out beautiful. After seeing his workmanship, we had Erec to do some other projects around the house, (Replace shed roof shingles, install shutters and handrails, and a drop ceiling with new lighting), all at a reasonable price. We recommend Penz Construction to anyone looking for excellent work at a fair price.

Erec and his wife did a perfect job, they are very punctual and professional. They did a beautiful job putting new wooden strips up on the wall to seal the seams on previously installed paneling. I will definitely hire them again for odd jobs, I am very pleased

I hired Penz Contracting to complete my upstairs bathroom remodel. Erec and his wife were very professional and on time everyday. They did a wonderful job repairing the water damaged floor. They did a beautiful job putting the new flooring down in my bathroom, along with replacing the existing trim all throughout the bathroom, and they repaired/replaced all the plumbing as well! They did an excellent job cleaning up any messes and supplies everyday while on the job and before leaving.
