Our experience with Mr. Cousins has been very poor. He promises to show up, but never does. His professional conduct gets the absolute lowest score and I would not trust him with any of my plumbing work simply because of his lack of respect for my time and the empty promises he makes. I drove 4 hours from Virginia to get to our house in Pennsylvania to meet Mr. Cousins, and had confirmed with Mr. Cousins the appointment by actually talking to him over the phone. Then, he completely blew me off without even a phone call to cancel or to explain why he decided to not show up. For a more stress free experience, I recommend using a professional, honest and honorable plumber instead of Mr. Cousins.

He said he would be there on a certain day when he was in the area, but he didn't call or show up on that day. But he did call a week later and came out to do the work.

He was too busy to respond within a few days, and said he would call back within the week to let me know when he could come and do the work. However, he never called back even to say he would not be available for a while longer.
