Professional from start to finish. Rob came out to inspect the site on short notice (a few days), gave a verbal quote and delivered a detailed estimate by email the next day. Very flexible with scheduling. Two workers spent about six hours on site, working diligently and carefully (important because some of the old vinyl siding is brittle). No problems working while there were other contractors on site (septic field work and lawn leaf cleanup was also going on at the same time)! What an improvement. The house looks great, best it has looked in years! I understand that Top Down handles a variety of Home Services and I would not hesitate to use them again for another repair, maintenance or even remodeling need.
