HOLLANDER CONSTRUCTION

I can't say enough about Hollander Construction. We needed to replace 9 sliding windows in our sunroom. They were near impossible to open due to the prior installer having removed two supports to fit the sliders in. the old window glass was also fogging between the glass pains. Joe Pritt from Hollander came out the same day I called for an estimate. Joe looked over the old installation and took measurements. We wanted to replace the sliders with double hung windows. Joe got back to us a couple days later with a detailed estimate and samples of several company's windows to look at. We went ahead with Joe and he gave us an estimate of roughly 3 weeks for the custom windows to be made and installed. The company making the windows took longer, about 5 weeks, And Joe called us to keep us informed of the delay. Joe installed the windows the day after they arrived. The install took just 2 days and a third day to finish the capping. Joe did a beautiful job on the install, he used almost no visible caulking on the job, instead he used painted wood trim inside wherever possible. He also coordinated with the company we had doing all our other siding work at the same time. the result was a seamless job.
