ONE PANE OF TEMPER GLASS SHATTERED FROM THE DIFFERENCE IN TEMPERATURE ON A COLD WINTER DAY. WE LOOKED AT OTHER FIRE SCREENS AND DECIDED TO TRY TO KEEP THE ORIGINAL ONE WHICH WAS EXCELLENT QUALITY. I UNSCREWED THE DOOR AND BROUGHT TO SETTLES GLASS. THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE NO PROBLEM AND THEY WOULD CONTACT ME WHEN IT WAS DONE. A RECEIVED A CALL ABOUT 3 WEEKS LATER AND PICKED IT UP. I INSTALLED THE DOOR AND IT LOOKS GREAT. I'VE HAD A FEW THINGS DONE OVER THE YEARS WITH SETTLES AND THEY ALWAYS SEEM TO BE ABLE TO GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT. I THINK THAT THEY ARE USED TO DEALING WITH MANY DIFFERENT TYPES OF GLASS AND MIRROR PROBLEMS AS WELL AS AUTO GLASS.
