Bernie Dudkiewicz Plumbing, Heating, & A/C

I really like Bernie; he is a very personable man. He does a real good job. I have been using him for about 15 years, so I am very comfortable with him. He is honest and he is not going to give you a part you do not need. He is dependable.

It has been very hot and our central air conditioning unit wasn't working properly.  The fan was running so the air coming out was slightly cool but not cold enough to actually get the house to a decent temp.  I got Bernie's name from Angie's list as well as a few other names.  I called four places and Bernie's receptionist Dana was the only one who returned my call and she did so within 15 minutes.  Dana was very nice and professional. She took all of my information and said she would call me back after she spoke with Bernie as he was out on another job.  Within minutes, Dana called me back to let me know that after he was done with that job he would come right over!  I was amazed because it was already 5:30 p.m. on a Friday night; we were thrilled.  Bernie was at our house by 7:00 that night!  He was very professional and explained to my husband everything he did.  He got our central air conditioning fixed in an hour and half.  This was great as it was about 95 degrees that night and I am 6 months pregnant so the heat was brutal.  It has been two days and our house is cool and comfortable!  He was reasonably priced, professional and responded in a timely manner we already talked about having him come to clean our furnace this year.  Thank you so much Bernie, I am sure you will be seeing us again!

He is very good. He comes every year. He does other plumbing work for me as well like fixing the leaky water pipe in the cellar for which I don't remember as to how much I paid. I have been using his services for quite a few years. He is very prompt and very efficient. He is a very nice man and I cannot say anything bad about him because he has not been bad.
